Swedport Invest S.A. has had the same business philosophy since the beginning of its activity in 1991, buying and renting private and industrial properties.

In the early 1990s, with the beginning of a deep crisis in Sweden, Swedport Invest S.A. changed its location to Portugal with the rental and sale of machines, a company called Euro-High.

In December 2007, after 16 years, with the sale of rental companies, SwedPort Invest S.A. began with its main objective, to buy and rent private and industrial properties for former customers and international customers, whose idea was to host or set up a business in Portugal.

When the crisis took place in Portugal, 2010-2011, it began to follow the private sector.
